Pepe’s Italian & Liquor is looking for our new Bar Manager. With shifts throughout the day and night, Pepe’s offers a variety of service styles to bring out your passion for hospitality and learn in a high-volume venue that goes from strength to strength. We are looking for a hospitality professional wanting to take the next step in their bar tending career into management. We offer a back bar of over 100+ bottles of spirits, a wine list 150+ deep and two bars operating 6 days a week to oversee. And as cocktails make up over half our beverage sales week on week, you wont be stuck slinging the same old VLS or pints of beer; you will be shaking tins with some of the friendliest staff around.

With hands on training provided, a proven record of staff retention and a venue that offers the sunshine in summer and a Chalet-style escape in the winter. Managing the bar at Pepe's is will be your career defining step

Bring to the table:

- A sound knowledge on spirits, wine and beer
- 2 years+ experience in big venue hospitality
- Passion & drive to improve yourself and others around you
- Experience working in high volume venues
- Demonstrated ability to manage a drinks program
- High standards for products and services
