Bar Manager - Coopers Inn

Our family owned and family run CBD pub is seeking an experienced Bar Manager to oversee the staff and operation of our venue.

The key roles and responsibilities of our Bar Manager will include:
Training and supervising staff;
Passion for delivering outstanding service and a drive to succeed
Deliver an exceptional guest experience Overseeing all aspects of the bar, including inventory management and maintaining cleanliness Creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests and fostering a sense of community among patrons

Minimum of 2 years of management experience Food and Beverage knowledge
Strong work ethic and a “can do” attitude
A genuine interest in the day to day operations
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Exceptional organisational and leadership skills
Experience working in a family owned and run business
This position is suitable for someone who enjoys running their own tight-knit team and will treat the bar as their own

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
