About Us:
Inspired by the classic dive bars of Los Angeles, Heartbreaker is a good-time Rock ‘n’ Roll Bar serving great booze and food ‘til the early hours; giving city dwellers somewhere to drink after The Everleigh calls last orders.

Heartbreaker champions both Australian and American craft beers whilst the back bar supports a smoking selection of Tequila, Mezcal & Whiskey.
Heartbreaker is devoted to every inch of the late-night experience, with a pool table and retro jukebox filled with classic rock.

Heartbreaker is part of The Made in The Shade Group that unites venues and services owned and operated by Michael and Zara Madrusan: The Everleigh, Navy Strength Ice Co., The Everleigh Bottling Co., Bar Margaux, Connie’s Pizza and recently opened Connie's Italian Diner.
We're looking for a Bar Manager who is right at home behind the bar but not shy to venture onto the floor; a natural leader within a team; has a passion for high energy, dynamic, late-night venues who is confident and competent working in a fast-paced CBD environment, prepared to work hard and happily into the early hours, unfazed by a 3am finish.

Role and Requirements:
Applicants must have a solid grounding in all aspects of beverage service, extensive knowledge and appreciation of spirits and craft beer, experience with bar and floor operations with a passion for high energy, dynamic, late-night venues. Experience with stock control, labour management and how to bring about change in both areas are essential.

We are looking for a highly skilled, deeply dedicated, and hard-working leader, motivated by the prospect of being submerged in all elements of the operations at Heartbreaker and our associated companies and projects. It is also imperative you feel comfortable to educate, nurture, discipline and drive an aspirational bar team.
