About us

HQ Group is a design-led hospitality collective that creates unique and inspiring guest experiences in re-imagined spaces. HQ Group owners and operators of Melbourne’s much-loved Arbory Bar & Eatery and Arbory Afloat and their five-story landmark hospitality venue HER, all located in Melbourne’s CBD.

Currently seeking Wait staff, Bar staff and Hosts to join the team at Arbory Bar & Eatery and Arbory Afloat.

About the role
- Wait staff - customer focussed, you will take care of our guests, small and large groups and all their food needs
- Bar staff - the bar is your domain, serving tap beer, cocktails on tap and everything in between. Be friendly, organised and systems orientated
- Hosts - be the face of our business, you are our guests first point of contact, approachable, focussed, and solutions orientated
- Cellar - you are the Bartenders best friend, keeping stock on hand, reliable, organised and can handle plenty of lifting and bending

- Ability to take direction and work as a team
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
