**What You’ll Do**

As Bar Manager, you’ll be the guardian of our bar program and guest experience. Your day-to-day will include:

- Leading, training and inspiring a high-performing bar team.
- Overseeing daily bar operations — from prep and service to close.
- Driving beverage innovation, menu development and quality control.
- Managing ordering, stock control, supplier relations and GP targets.
- Working hand-in-hand with the management team to deliver seamless service and uphold our “**F**k Yeah**” values across every shift.
- Being a cultural champion — motivating the team, celebrating wins and setting the tone for excellence with personality.

You’re a hospitality professional who thrives in high-energy, detail-driven environments. You bring:

- Proven leadership experience in a high-volume cocktail or restaurant bar.
- A love for mentoring bartenders and growing teams.
- A passion for spirits, storytelling and guest connection.
- Strong organisational and financial acumen.
- A calm, confident presence under pressure — and a sense of fun that matches our Norse-inspired mischief.
