Reporting to the Team Leader Customer Experience, this position will support the City by:

- Being the first point of contact for enquiries, comments, and issues within the City of Perth.
- Providing quality customer service and administrative support by ensuring that customer queries are answered in a courteous and timely manner.
- Actively supporting team members and contributing to the operation of the Customer Experience Centre.

You will have a demonstrated experience in frontline customer service with a sound knowledge of customer service expectations and standards, and experience communicating with customers through various channels.

The ability to prioritise workloads and tasks in a timely manner whilst working under mínimal guidance is also a must.
