Home Assist is looking for a Customer Experience Coordinator to join our passionate and dedicated team in the South West region. As we operate out of both Perth Metro and the South West we are open to you living in either area, as we offer and embrace flexibility.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, this role is integral to the day to day operations of the service team. You will work alongside a supportive and encouraging team who are extremely hardworking and passionate to bring our company’s vision and values to life.

You are the face of our business ensuring our clients feel welcomed. As a team you ensure our client’s service journey is the best in the business. Your priority is to keep our clients fully informed throughout their time with Home Assist. You will work closely with your team to ensure their queries are heard, acknowledged, reported, actioned, recorded and closed out in a timely manner, keeping thorough records of all notes and related documentation in our systems.

We need you to have experience to manage your own work schedule, ensuring targets are met whilst enjoying some flexibility. For this reason, we need you to have up to date skills with technology platforms such as Microsoft Office and Teams and are ready to learn new CRM systems and other platforms we use from time to time.

You don’t need building industry experience, we can teach you what you need to know, but what we do need is a customer service expert with experience in direct customer facing roles.
