We are now looking for a Customer Experience Officer to join our Filters Team and be the key to our premium customer experience. You'll need strong communication and organisational skills, to ensure a seamless and delightful experience for our customers

About the role…

As a Customer Experience Officer, working in a supportive team, your main focus will include:

  • Engaging with customers acrosscalls, emails, and text messages to schedule upcoming filter replacements, ensuring they continue to enjoy the benefits of clean, healthy water.
  • Advising customers on suitable subscription plans and payment options, guiding them to the best solution for their needs.
  • Processing payments accurately and securely, handling transactions with a high degree of professionalism.
  • Supporting the inventory team to coordinate and confirm the on-time delivery of filter replacements.
  • Maintaining data integrity by accurately managing customer information across a range of systems.
