**What You Will Be Working On**

You’ll take ownership of the customer journey, creating moments of delight while ensuring everything stays on track. Your impact will be measured not just satisfied customers, but in the relationships, you build and the dreams you help to create.

You’ll focus on:

- Orchestrating seamless building journeys by working with internal teams and managing critical timelines
- Building strong relationships with customers through regular, proactive updates and responsive problem-solving
- Managing documentation and progress tracking to ensure transparency throughout the building process
- Contributing to team success through collaborative teamwork and knowledge sharing
