The Group Reporting Analyst is responsible for supporting the development, implementation and optimisation of data driven insights and analytics across the organisation. This role will collaborate with various departments to identify opportunities through analysis, enhance operational efficiencies and support strategic initiatives.
- Partner with key business unit stakeholders to provide data driven insights and recommendations to enhance revenue, identify opportunities and optimise efficiencies.
- Develop standards and data collection processes to support robust analytics and reporting pipelines.
- Assist in building an enterprise analytics function with sound statistical methodology and analytical capability.
- Develop reporting to ensure effective strategies are developed, implemented, analysed and revised.
- Lead the delivery of gaming reporting and insights suitable for consumption by key business units and stakeholders.
- Deliver long term business and customer forecasts for analytical, reporting and business planning requirements.
- Provide analytical review on potential new business streams and income diversification while assessing risks involved with any new initiatives.
- Develop and implement initiatives based on an understanding of the market and industry trends with a view to increasing revenue and profitability.
- Provide leadership for the Workforce Planning department including defining an ongoing strategy that supports the overall objectives of the business, both short and long term.

- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business, Finance, Commerce, etc).
- Proficiency in analytical tools and programming languages such as SQL, R, Cognos, and/or Python.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc).
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders to produce data driven insights.
