**About the team**

At Wesfarmers, we’re self-insured for workers compensation. Group TeamCover manages this important function by engaging and collaborating with our diverse businesses. We aim to minimise the impact of workplace injuries and achieve positive outcomes for both our team members and our business.

**What you’ll do**

Reporting to our Claims Administration Lead, this role will:

- Deliver accurate and efficient data processing and claim support to our claims team including:

- Data entry and administration
- Processing of payments
- Claims registration
- Document management
- Assistance with claims administration functions
- Continuously review and improve administration and payment processes to ensure these remain efficient and effective
- Provide general office administration support
- Undertake projects and activities supporting the claims team as required
- Create and foster an environment that aligns with our goal of GTC, Great Work, Great Place to Work

**What you’ll need**
- Significant experience in data entry and administration support within a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding attention to detail and data accuracy
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- A genuine interest and passion to learn and develop new skills

**Nice to have’s**
- Claims support experience in a workers’ compensation or general claims environment
- Formal education in a medical or healthcare field
- Experience working in a healthcare or insurance environment

The Corporate Office provides corporate services and support to the autonomous businesses within the Wesfarmers Group, enabling the achievement of Group objectives. It leads capital allocation and portfolio management for the Group and focuses on leveraging and enhancing the Group’s reputation to support attraction and retention of talent, securing investment opportunities and maintaining a low-cost capital.
