The Support Officer will be responsible for providing operational and administrative support to the Activity Approvals Team by being the first point of contact for activities being held on the public realm.

Reporting to the Coordinator Activity Approvals, this position will support the City by:

- Maintaining and updating information systems, databases and documents to ensure data integrity and record-keeping standards are maintained.
- Assisting with a wide range of office-based duties such as managing generic inboxes, answering telephone enquiries, minute taking, and scheduling of meetings.

You will have demonstrated time management skills including the ability to meet deadlines and allocated resources to achieve goals and objectives.
