Let’s talk about you
- Solid understanding of the telco industry and its digital marketing landscape.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid and organic channels.
- Proven ability to set up and manage digital campaigns, deliver accurate reporting, and work within tight timelines.
- Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in utilizing data-driven approaches for targeting, measurement, and optimization.
- A proactive mindset, capable of driving change and fostering innovation in the digital media space.
- Comfortable learning and implementing new technologies to enhance marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with website and marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and SEMRush.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think like a leader.
- Effective team player with the capacity to work independently.
- Quick learner who can adapt to evolving situations and demands.
How will you support our “Why?”
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across paid and owned channels.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital marketing campaigns, aligning them with key goals and internal metrics.
- Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization to maximize performance and return on investment.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests, adhering to digital marketing best practices.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of the customer journey across multiple channels and touchpoints, ensuring an exceptional end-to-end experience.
- Collaborate with external agency partners and vendors, providing clear briefs and managing campaign implementation and optimization.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies, offering thought leadership and recommendations for adoption when relevant.
