As the Performance Media Specialist you will share responsibility for buying and optimising the Customer Business Unit’s performance media investment to drive lead generation targets for the Call Centre & Digital channels to assist in achieving growth and retention targets. The role will bring exceptional performance marketing expertise to the Customer team to maximise the ROI of EAs media and marketing investment.

This role will also assist two Performance Media Leads to contribute into the opportunity brief, with evidence-based input for the budget required to achieve the desired leads and sales through bottom-up planning and the evolution and delivery of EAs ‘One Search Strategy’ (paid & organic). The input would be provided for large integrated campaign acquisition, and retention activity and for our BAU ’always on’ media activity which is primarily performance-based.

You have already forged a successful start in your paid search and social career, whether agency, client, or media owner. Along with your undergraduate degree in Marketing, Commerce or business, you will have highly developed analytical skills with experience running projects and campaigns to budget, and manage the delivery of strategy with key team members.
- 2-5 years SEM experience agency side
- SA360 bid management tool, Google Ads and Meta Platform experience
- Proficient in 3rd party tracking and ad serving i.e. Campaign Manager and Flashtalking
- Experience using analytics tools. i.e. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Adthena
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and Google Certified
