**Location**:Parramatta - Flexibility to WFH 2 days post training
**Anticipated duration**: 12-month Fixed-Term Contract (with very likely permanent potential)

- Salary: $79k + Super
- Full time role with Rostered Days Off (RDO)
- Training: 4 weeks of comprehensive onboarding to help you hit the ground running

**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences through active listening and problem-solving.
- Resolve customer inquiries on the first contact wherever possible.
- Provide compassionate support in complex situations-especially for vulnerable customers.Work with cutting-edge systems, providing valuable insights and solutions to clients.
**About you**:
- Previous customer service or contact centre experience is essential (Telco or Insurance experience is a plus).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to actively listen and offer solutions.
- A solutions-driven mindset with empathy and emotional intelligence.
