About the role

Join our dynamic team at Hunters Agency & Co' as a Sales Agent. In this full-time role, you will be based in our Parramatta office, playing a crucial part in helping our clients achieve their real estate goals. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for driving property sales and delivering exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

  • Actively sourcing and prospecting for new sales opportunities within the residential property market
  • Conducting property inspections and providing expert advice to buyers and sellers
  • Negotiating and securing sales agreements that meet the needs of all parties
  • Maintaining a strong sales pipeline and meeting or exceeding individual and team targets
  • Providing regular updates and feedback to clients throughout the sales process
  • Staying up-to-date with market trends, legislation, and industry best practices
  • Contributing to the overall growth and success of the Hunters Agency & Co' brand

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational abilities
  • A self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented approach
  • A thorough understanding of the local property market and industry regulations
  • A valid real estate license or the ability to obtain one
