**Due to the continued growth of our company an exciting opportunity exists for an experienced professional to join our team as a CIC (Customer Interaction Centre) Team Leader. **We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Team Leader to join our team, located in Parramatta. Reporting into the National Contact Centre Manager, you will provide an exceptional level of support, coaching and mentoring to your team of Consultants, you will drive this team to deliver highly successful outcomes.

**If successful for this role, you will be an integral part of our customer experience with responsibilities including but not limited to**:

- Partner with the National Contact Centre Manager and CIC Manager to drive a positive team culture
- Oversee Team adherence to customer service standards, and ensure minimum customer care communication targets are met
- Provide support and ensure that a plan of internal and external training is devised and implemented for each staff member within your team.
- Ensure all members of your team promote and follow the required company processes and procedures with correct utilisation of the company's platforms.
- Maintain call centre phone system and reporting ensuring call KPI's are delivered.
- Utilise your conflict resolution skills to support both our customers and your team by effectively resolving any expressions of dissatisfaction or escalated customer complaints received.
