An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic, motivated and dynamic individual to join our growing Customer Interaction Centre, located in Parramatta.

Supporting the Sime Darby Motors dealerships, you will be interacting with hundreds of customers - online and over the phone, to help guide their vehicle purchase. Responding to leads in a timely fashion, answering questions, providing information and helping guide customers effectively from phone and internet contact to an in-store experience while providing an exceptional customer experience is key.

**About the role**

**You will do the following**:

- Receive inbound calls on new and pre-owned vehicles with a goal to establish a firm appointment date and time from the prospect guest to visit the relevant dealership
- Facilitate timely follow up on all new and pre-owned vehicle internet leads as directed by management and/or procedures. Prior sales experience, retail preferred
- Project a friendly and helpful demeanor while answering questions and inquiries from guests and providing general or related sales information
- Maintain and communicate exceptional product and inventory knowledge to our guests. Highly computer literate

- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
- Skilled in building and maintaining rapport with new and existing customers
- Prior experience working towards targets and KPIs
- Ability to work well within a team
- A strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
