Supporting the Sime Darby Motors dealerships, you will be interacting with hundreds of customers - online and over the phone, to help guide their vehicle purchase. Responding to leads in a timely fashion, answering questions, providing information and helping guide customers effectively from phone and internet contact to an in-store experience while providing an exceptional customer experience is key. **About the role** **You will do the following**: - Receive inbound calls on new and pre-owned vehicles with a goal to establish a firm appointment date and time from the prospect guest to visit the relevant dealership - Facilitate timely follow up on all new and pre-owned vehicle internet leads as directed by management and/or procedures. Prior sales experience, retail preferred - Project a friendly and helpful demeanor while answering questions and inquiries from guests and providing general or related sales information - Maintain and communicate exceptional product and inventory knowledge to our guests. Highly computer literate **You will have the following**: - Enthusiasm and commitment to provide a positive customer experience - Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively - Skilled in building and maintaining rapport with new and existing customers - Prior experience working towards targets and KPIs - Ability to work well within a team - A strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
