Our team is growing, we are currently recruiting for a motivated **Office Administration Coordinator** to join our team in our **Perth office**. The role is a permanent full-time position, an immediate start available.

**About the role**
- Act as the primary point of contact for the office and provide a welcoming atmosphere for employees, clients and suppliers.
- Operate the main switchboard and answer all incoming calls.
- Coordinate couriers, ensuring timely and efficient processing, and take receipt of incoming deliveries.
- Coordinate maintenance issues with suppliers and building management
- Ordering of stationary, PPE and office supplies.
- Support the executive team for various administration tasks when required.
- Maintain reception area and all office environments cleaned, organized and well stocked.
- Support project teams by assisting with site enquiries, expediting, engineering and procurement. This includes the completion of purchase orders for travel and other project related expenses when required.
- Communicate with relevant departments to ensure that project requirements are met
- Deliver a seamless onboarding experience, welcoming new starters and conducting building inductions.
- Keeping internal databases updated
- Collating and formatting documents
- Manage meeting minutes
- Assist in coordinating social club activities when required.

- Proficient Microsoft Office skills.
- Self motivated with a track record of success working autonomously.
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in an administration/reception-based role preferable.
