Our client is seeking an exceptional Office Coordinator & Administrator who is proactive, detail-orientated and highly motivated. As a key member of the team, you will coordinate various projects and events, reporting to the Director, who oversees the day-to-day operations.
You’ll have a solid manual to guide you and a supportive team to offer support whenever needed. Our client understands the importance of work-life balance and fosters a culture of comradery and banter.
**WHAT ARE YOU IN FOR?**
You’ll be responsible for handling all the non-tech aspects of the office, freeing up the rest of the team to focus on their areas of expertise. Your day will be filled with:
- Developing good relationships with clients
- Ensuring the office is fully stocked with all of the goodies
- Responding to account inquiries, some banking reconciliation but no invoicing (wooo)

- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is essential
