**The role**

**Responsibilities**

Here’s an example of your day to day:

- Analyse applicants’ financial status, perform credit evaluations to determine the feasibility of granting loans.
- Conduct identification checks in accordance with our company policy.
- Identify and manage fraud according to the policy guidelines.

**Requirements**:
Here’s what experience we need from you:

- Minimum one year customer service exposure
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
- Keen eye for attention to detail
- A numbers wizz/analytical skills
