**The role**

We are on the look out for two customer service superstars across the following departments:
**_Hardship Team_** - manage and respond to vulnerable customers experiencing financial or personal hardship.

Both roles require impeccable customer service
- Please note: Our loans department work 2 weekend shifts per month on a rotating roster._

**IPF Digital take a hybrid approach to working and have a split between the office (located in Redfern) and a home work environment.**

**Requirements**:
Here’s what experience we need from you:

- Minimum 1-2 years customer service experience in any industry
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
- Keen eye for attention to detail
- A numbers wizz/analytical skills
- Experience using computer systems
