The Salvation Army (TSA) Aged Care is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our HR/TA team on a full time 12-month contract to lead bulk recruitment activities while we embark on a journey of growth.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will work with an experienced Aged Care Talent Acquisition Manager and two other TA Consultants to provide high volume recruitment services to our aged care leaders and HR Business Partners across TSA Aged Care and Salvos Home Care nationally for roles like Carers, Home Care Workers, Registered Nurses and management within your portfolio.

You will get the opportunity to work from home and from our head office. You will get to travel around Australia, meet and work with some exciting aged care leaders, utilize and share your recruitment skills and expertise to ensure our aged care centres are appropriately staffed so we can provide the best care to our residents.
- Organize and host bulk recruitment days in collaboration with the team
- Manage the process from job requisition, advertising, screening and interviewing to background checks, job offer and onboarding
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with other stakeholders in the business, i.e. other TA Consultants, HR Services team, HR Business Partners and aged care managers nationally to ensure the delivery of consistent recruitment

Your passion for excellence in customer service, knowledge of Workday HRIS and ability to think outside the box, will set you apart from others.
