**What you’ll be doing**

The Learning Content Lead is responsible for the delivery of content and learning across REAPIT products, and the management and maintenance of learning management systems and platforms. The Learning Content Lead is a highly skilled learning professional and will have input over the skills and content developed across the broader training team.
- Lead the internal and content function of the Training Team, including the content specialists and any other direct reports.
- Stakeholder Engagement: collaborate with internal stakeholders to receive, manage and deliver content and education to the highest quality standards.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that training content production meets high-quality standards and delivers to modern learning styles and methodology through sample checking
- Project Management: Manage resource allocation for projects, adhere to delivery goals and deliver to success metrics
- Planning and Strategy: drive and Support the Training Strategy, including the successful completion of learning and content projects, identification of future initiatives and strategy
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with client training delivery.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of processes in Confluence.
- Team Development: Coach and mentor direct reports to achieve KPIs, Goals and Continuously Improve Skills
- Process Improvement: Continuously optimise processes, training delivery and stakeholder experience
- Reporting: Ensure Monday boards and Salesforce are up to date for accurate reporting

Within 1 month:

- Met colleagues and teams
- Understood and working towards Onboarding Program and Outcomes
- Handling content requests and gathering exposure to industry and products

Within 3 months:

- Supporting the team delivery of projects
- Managing and reporting on team output

Within 6 months:

- Delivering projects across multiple products / project types within the Reapit Product and Learning Suite
- Running end to end projects
- Supporting and delivering on team KPIs
