
Experienced Bookkeeper/office Manager

**About the company**
**Skills & experience**:
- **2 years bookkeeping experience (mandatory)**:
- **Minimum 1 year** experience using Reckon Hosted (preferred)
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- Any knowledge of industrial welding gas and/or consumables would be an advantage, but **not required**:
- Reliable and hard-working
- High-level attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to learn and progress career-wise
**Duties & responsibilities**:
- Maintain accuracy of accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare and process payroll, bank reconciliation, P&L reporting, cash flow statement
- Prepare monthly statements, PAYG, superannuation, payroll tax, GST and BAS
- Assist in preparing shipping documentation for import/export
- Following up on overdue accounts
- Other finance ad-hoc duties as required
- Reporting to Director
- 2+ years bookkeeping experience
- Proficient in Reckon Accounts
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Great organisational skills and ability to multi-task
- Computer literate and confident
- Great “CAN DO” attitude
- Impeccable attention to detail is a must
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

- Certificate I - IV (required)
**Experience**:
- Bookkeeping: 2 years (preferred)
- Reckon Accounts: 1 year (preferred)
