We seek an experienced Export Documentation Officer who will be responsible for providing high-level client document support.

We are seeking the following skill set:

- A confident and results focused person with leadership qualities who is adept in technical parameters, prioritising and managing workflow and consolidation of data for document execution
- Previous experience in shipping documentation, letter of credits essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Inquisitive mind with ability to solve problems
- Highly accurate in data entry and a keen attention to detail
- Has a positive attitude with a team supportive approach

Duties will include:

- Prepare and raise all documents required for export - including invoices, health certificates, packing list, certificate of origin, insurance certificates and other required documents
- Liaising with third party providers ensuring all documents are correct and provided
- Couriering of the original documents
- Coordinate with DAFF for eligibility requirements and ensure compliance
- Keeping the electronic filing up to date
