**Description**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Sunshine North. Reporting to the Planning Team Leader, you will be responsible for facilitating transport between our sites and our clients in a timely manner.

The role will also include but will not be limited to the following responsibilities:
**Responsibilities**:
Provide customer service in a professional and timely manner to internal and external customer
Coordinate local, regional and interstate deliveries including transfers between Service Centres
Coordinate on site shunting of trailers and movement of truck ensuring constant loading
Proactively notify customers of delivery status
Source quotes for interstate deliveries, additional local transport, crane trucks, extendable trailers
Proficient in interpreting and using key performance and financial data to positively impact the operations and success of the business.
Maintain and establish a high degree of quality awareness ensuring quality of all documentation, schedules and communication
Liaise with internal staff to ensure production requirements are met and an effective and efficient delivery service to Ausreo customers
Organize the papework and POD manually or automatically (DocuSign, IMCloud)
Generate and update necessary reports related to despatch

Previous experience in a similar position
General computing skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of programs
High level of numeracy skills
Understand of basic accounting concepts related to accounts payable, accounts receivable and inventory
Previous experience organising transportation from site to clients
Technical knowledge and skills in manufacturing control and management
