The Shipping Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of international shipments, ensuring compliance with export regulations and documentation requirements, handle logistics, communicate with suppliers and customers, and ensure timely and efficient delivery products to international markets while maintaining quality standards and addressing any issues that may arise during the shipping process.

The key responsibilities are:

- Building and maintaining relationships with shipping carriers, suppliers, and all other stakeholders both external and internal
- Liaising with suppliers and shipping lines to book shipments within agreed timeframes
- Creating EDN's and updating the systems with correct vessel details
- End to end container movements
- Shipping schedules reports creation and liaising with lines, suppliers and customers
- Providing support service to customers and suppliers
- Assisting with ensuring all contracts are shipped within agreed departure and arrival periods
- Work closely with Suppliers, Lines and Customers to coordinate shipping schedules and communicating any changes
