Service Desk Analyst - 12-month contract - $45 + super ph - Richmond

Your new company

This government client is looking for 2 Service Desk Analysts to come and join the team in Richmond Sydney. This will be a 12-month contract with the potential to extend. You will need an Australian driving licence and a commitment to fulfil the 12-month position. There is free onsite parking and 2 days working from home per week.

Your new role

As a Service desk analyst, you will be responsible for answering the phone and being that first point of contact providing top tier customer service. You will be supporting the computers, labs, audio visual, printers all through the phone and remote desktop (online chat support). You will also be required to provide face to face support, so customer service and communication is key for this position. You will have a strong service desk and incident management background.

What you'll need to succeed
- To be a fit for this role, you will have minimum 2 year’s recent experience in IT
- Strong Service desk and incident management experience
- Strong customer service experience
- Strong Service Support and Supplier Relationship Management experience
- Strong experience supporting office equipment, printers, servers, desktops etc
- Strong Audio-visual experience
- Experience with face-to-face support as well as just remote
