An exciting new opportunity is available for an Application Support Engineer with NV1 Clearance. This is a permanent position, located in Western Sydney and offers a modern onsite working environment and excellent opportunities for career development.

**Your new role**

In your new role you will be responsible for responding to and resolving Level 1 helpdesk issues for end-users.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Supporting end-users for Defence specific technology products and services
- Filter Help Desk calls and provide basic support and troubleshooting, such as password resets, printer configurations, break/fix instructions, ticket routing and escalation to Level 2 and Level 3 support.
- Provide technical support to users by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining user accounts.
- Participate in the development of client training programs by identifying learning issues and recommending instructional language.
