Government Organisation - Service Desk Analyst - 3 Month Contract with Potential for Extension
**Your new company**
This Local Government Organisation is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their service desk team in a 3 month contract. The organisation is located in Bankstown area. You will have the opportunity to work as a part of a government organisation in a friendly team environment.
**Your new role**
As a Service Desk Officer, you will provide leadership to their IT support team and provide level 1 and level 2 technical support. You will also be providing support on infrastructure and hardware deployments. You will have the opportunity to have the experience of handling problem management and coordination of the service desk team.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Minimum 1 years of experience in Level 1 and Level 2 technical support
- Previous experience in hardware deployment
- Previous experience in with Office 365, Active Directory, Skype for Business, Teams and OneDrive
- Valid Australian Drivers License
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
