**We are currently recruiting for an additional IT Service Desk Analyst to join the IT Service Desk for a full-time permanent position.**

**Role responsibilities**:

- Excellent communication skills to interact with staff and management at all levels.
- Sound knowledge of IT concepts and standards, along with familiarity with ITIL processes.
- Proficiency in supporting Microsoft operating systems and products.
- Capability to provide backup support for Desktop hardware, including PCs, laptops, and mobile devices, as well as onsite AV equipment.
- Highly desirable documentation skills.
- Ability to support both local and remote users.
- At least two years of experience in a service desk/support role.
- Exceptional communication skills to provide professional customer service support and engage with end-users and management.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve user technical issues independently and escalate them when necessary.
