An excellent opportunity for an Implementation Specialist to join our fast-growing team. You will be client-facing and representing Realhub, responsible for the retention, management, and overall success of clients. Through continuous training & support, you will ensure we maintain our terrific retention rate and continue to provide our customers with a high level of support to ensure that they have an excellent experience with Realhub.

A typical day may look like:

- Create a customer engagement cadence with assigned customer accounts, ensuring that all work is logged, quoted, and scoped to meet expected delivery timeframes.
- Provide key support to our Clients, Implementation Teams & Customer Experience when needed, to ensure the company delivers excellent Client Service.
- Liaising with the Leaders and Sales team to develop the implementation, onboarding, training, and customer success plan tailored to each new account acquired, and/or current client portfolio.
- Monitoring the utilisation of new client accounts to ensure that our new customers are confident about how to use the product and are being supported through the change management process, including ongoing training.
- Ensure each client’s system is configured correctly and the relevant people understand the customer’s needs
- Managing clients’ expectations of delivering customizations and new features.
- Handle and file any queries that may come through and allocate them to the correct division.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to Realhub users where necessary.

**Who are you?**
- Someone with exceptional interpersonal skills, who is confident building relationships at Corporate and Office level
- Highly autonomous with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Skilled with technology, with a willingness to continually develop and enhance
- Experience in real estate or the Prop Tech space is desirable
- Proficient in Google Workspace, CRM systems (Salesforce/Hubspot) and Support systems (Zendesk/Freshdesk) beneficial
