Job Summary
The Implementation Lead is responsible for driving HUBconnect client implementations, including creating implementation plans and managing a customer enablement team to deliver fast, first-class service across multiple parallel deployments of the HUBconnect product suite. This role works closely with technology delivery teams, as well as existing and prospective users of HUBconnect solutions, to ensure seamless delivery and strong alignment with HUB24's broader technology strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end customer implementations using a hybrid Agile Scrum/Kanban approach.
  • Facilitate onboarding workshops and provide training to HUBconnect customers and partners.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality training materials, including videos, webinars, and support content.
  • Promote HUBconnect platform features to existing partners to drive adoption and growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent and effective enablement programs.
  • Identify and remove implementation impediments, escalating as needed.
  • Forecast resource demand and monitor deployment to identify risks and optimise allocation.
  • Maintain a clear view of project progress, plans, and stakeholder communications.
  • Liaise with product managers and developers to report issues and inform product improvements.
  • Mentor Implementation Specialists and contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in implementation or customer success within a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Demonstrated experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) in delivering software or platform implementations.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills for both internal and external audiences.
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver training content in multiple formats.
  • Experience managing project timelines, resource planning, and stakeholder updates.
  • Confidence in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and escalating issues as needed.
  • Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to advocate for product quality and continuous improvement.
  • Experience with partner/customer onboarding in a SaaS or tech-driven environment.
  • Ability to influence and promote platform value to drive adoption and usage.
  • Comfortable mentoring peers and supporting a team-oriented culture.
