Are you ready to drive a game-changing HRIS implementation across a dynamic organisation? We’re seeking an experienced HRIS Implementation Specialist to lead the rollout of Dayforce across our core people systems, including payroll, time & attendance, and HR.

This **12-month fixed-term role**is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a full system implementation and help shape how our people experience technology, streamline processes, and unlock data-driven insights.

**What you’ll do**:

- Coordinate the delivery of the implementation project alongside our consulting partner (Magnisol), internal stakeholders, and Dayforce.
- Facilitate internal module champions across functions, ensuring collaboration and ownership of configuration and testing.
- Manage change, training, communication, and post-go-live support to drive adoption.
- Oversee data cleansing, migration, and validation activities.
- Establish and maintain robust project governance and documentation, including decisions, change control, and issue tracking.

**Who we are looking for**:

- Proven experience delivering end-to-end HRIS projects - Dayforce or similar platforms (e.g. Workday, SuccessFactors, ELMO, etc.).
- Strong understanding of Australian and New Zealand payroll and HR processes, compliance, and data requirements.
- Exceptional project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.
- Confidence working with cross-functional teams and external implementation partners.
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for improving employee experience through technology.
