We’re now seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and **self-driven** **Purchasing Officer** to join our Springvale team. This is a critical role supporting the Supply Chain team, ideal for someone who thrives working **autonomously** with remote management.

**Here’s a snapshot of what you’ll be doing day-to-day**:

- Raising, managing, and tracking purchase orders
- Monitoring stock levels and processing replenishment orders
- Liaising with suppliers on pricing and ETAs
- Tracking international shipments and documentation
- Resolving order discrepancies and blocked invoices
- Coordinating with technicians, parts and service teams on parts ETAs
- Maintaining accurate inventory and product data in ERP systems

**Here’s what it takes**:

- 3+ years of experience in a purchasing, supply, or procurement role
- Proven ability to work independently and **autonomously**:

- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Great communication skills and ability to manage supplier relationships
- Exposure to international freight is desirable
- ERP system experience essential
- Mandarin language skills desirable but not essential
