We are looking for a customer service team member to join our team and help support our customers.

**Responsibilities and duties**

Answering phone calls

Answering online chat enquiries

Processing orders,

Handling initial technical issues enquiries,

Assisting with product returns,

Providing sales support in our retail shop

Ad hoc jobs could include assisting with pick packing orders

**Essential skills and requirements**:

- Proven brewing experience
- Must be passionate about customer service and sales
- Must be well presented
- Must be computer literate
- Proven experience in a high paced environment
- Excellent hand and eye skills and coordination - Good dexterity
- Great communication skills - Both written and verbal
- Must be able to communicate proficiently in English
- Ability to learn quickly and efficiently
- Loves trouble shooting and critical thinking
- Australian Permanent Residency or Australian Citizenship

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
