**The Opportunity**:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to join our Head Office team based out of Springvale. In this role you will be entrusted with providing outstanding customer service to our key clients and ensuring timely management and scheduling of our Field Service Technicians.

**Daily Tasks Include**:

- Managing customer requests for servicing, breakdowns, and scheduled maintenance works
- Customer quotes, ordering parts and labour planning
- Daily schedules for the national team of Field Technicians
- Providing regular and timely updates to customers on the status of our Technicians attending to their request
- Coordinate scheduled preventative servicing and maintenance
- Experience in a similar customer facing scheduling, planning or coordination role
- Experience working with trades or technical staff
- Strong attention to detail whilst working at a fast pace
- Ability to prioritise and confidence to make decisions
- Advanced problem solving ability
- Professional communication skills
