**Store manager job description**

We are looking for a store manager to oversee daily operations in our Springvale store and ensure it runs smoothly and effectively. As the store manager, you will be responsible for processing orders, providing outstanding customer service, keeping the shop neat and tidy at all times, replenishing and restocking as well as maximising our branding opportunities.

As the front face of Keg King, your brewing knowledge will only be surpassed by your passion for sales.

**Objectives of this role**
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Maintain outstanding visual merchandising standards and a welcoming store atmosphere
- Create a clean and safe store environment that complies with health and safety regulations and company standards
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Set a strong, professional example

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and direct customers
- Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
- Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
- Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
- Cross-sell products
- Ensure racks are fully stocked
- Manage returns of merchandise
- Coordinate with the Sales Team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services
- Processing exchanges, returns, and refunds according to company policies.
- Maintaining a clean and organized retail environment.
- Assisting with stock management.
- Arranging merchandise on shelves and displays.
- Collaborate with other team members to keep the sales floor area clean and organized at all times

- Must be sales focused
- Must want to help customers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to work well under pressure
- Superb organizational and time management skills
- An eye for creativity to help set up a professional and welcoming shop at all times

**Preferred qualifications**
- Experience working in a retail environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Must have strong homebrewing experience
- Distilling experience preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
