**About the team**:
Central Operations keeps our business moving. Our team supports, coaches, and empowers our retail teams across the country. We help them be at their best, so they can deliver the best experiences for our team members and customers every day.
**About the role**:
You will work closely with and report into the Project Lead to support & coordinate the delivery of various IT hardware installations within Coles Supermarkets.
We have multiple opportunities available ending in late June and late August 2025 and encourage store team members to apply.
You will also:
- Support end to end program delivery through activity planning, monitoring, tracking and stakeholder management
- Coordination conduit between IT and stores
- Delivery of completed Operational Sign off for every lane upgraded successfully
- Escalation, tracking and management of issues to satisfactory resolution within allocated timeframes
- Communication with stores, IT Project Team and stakeholders
- Working alongside and in conjunction with IT support team to ensure timely delivery of projects within the scheduled stores
- Information gathering and analysis
**About you and your skills**:
You will have:
- A good understanding of POS systems
- An understanding of IT hardware
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
- Mature and logical approach to prioritisation and escalation
- Ability to work under pressure with competing activities running concurrently
- Exceptional listening and communication skills
- Adaptable attitude
