As our **Plumbing Project Coordinator**, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of plumbing projects. From planning and scheduling to managing estimates, deposits, and client engagement, you will be the central point of coordination—keeping everything running smoothly and efficiently.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- **Project Coordination** - Plan, schedule, and oversee plumbing jobs, ensuring timely completion to the highest standard.
- **Client Engagement** - Be the key point of contact for customers, keeping them informed and ensuring a seamless experience.
- **Follow-ups & Estimates** - Manage accepted estimates, process deposits, track payments, and ensure materials are ordered promptly.
- **Scheduling & Reporting** - Work closely with the team to book jobs, monitor job progress, and action reports to maintain workflow efficiency.
- **Sales & Customer Success** - Proactively follow up on unsold estimates, provide expert guidance to clients, and drive customer satisfaction.
- **Process Improvement** - Maintain thorough documentation, contribute to team meetings, and refine processes for continuous improvement.
