**About the team**:
Central Operations keeps our business moving. Our team cares for, supports, and empowers our retail teams across the country. We help them be at their best, so they can deliver the best experiences for our customers every day.

**About the role**:
You will work closely with the Implementation Manager to support & coordinate the delivery of major physical upgrades to our check outs including POS upgrades and renovations to our service desks in stores.

You will also:

- Support end to end program delivery through activity planning, monitoring, tracking and stakeholder management
- Manage the project plan and lead the daily project update calls
- Create and distribute project updates and communication across the business
- Take ownership of the project supplier management and performance evaluation system
- Provide general administrative support including meeting room bookings, travel planning and expense management

**About you and your skills**:
You will have:

- A good understanding of retail operations
- Experience with Project implementation preferably within a retail environment
- Knowledge of project management frameworks
- Strong planning and organisational skills, including the ability to set clear directions and give constructive advice
