We have an new opportunity for an experienced and senior leader to join Lorna Jane as a Territory Manager across NSW, VIC & SA.
Can be based in Sydney OR Melbourne.
About the Role
Reporting into the National Retail Manager, the Territory Manager will play an integral role in ensuring their retail territories portfolio of NSW, VIC and SA are continuously achieving sales and growth targets by leading, motivating, and developing a team of Regional Leaders. Major areas of responsibility will include:
- Managing 6 direct Regional and Area Leader reports within 3 states
- Analysing business results to ensure consistent growth and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Implementing store & state specific strategies encompassing customer, sales, marketing, and stock for improved revenue & profitability results
- Achieving store and region profitability targets by ensuring sales are met and operation expenses are controlled.
- Cultivating a winning culture by upholding a high-performance model in all retail stores, ensuring low performers are uplifted or performance managed.
- Acting as a brand ambassador and connecting all team members to the Lorna Jane philosophy and key brand focuses through regular communication and training plans, to build a self-awareness and feedback culture.
- Holding team members accountable to the expectations of their roles, identifying skills gaps and feedback, development and coaching to build capability across Regional & Store Leaders.
- Implementing performance and development plans as and when required
- Actioning reviews on to manage operating costs encompassing wage percentage and commercial rostering decisions.
About You
- Previous experience in a fast-paced retail environment in a senior leadership position
- Previous retail multi-site management experience with a proven ability to lead and motivate.
- Pride yourself with business acumen and commercial awareness with exceptional sales ability
- Passionate about customer service and supporting team members to meet sales targets and KPIs.
- Ability to analyse data to drive actionable insights and have sound critical thinking skills.
- Ability to solve problems and make effective business decisions.
- Ability to communicate effectively and with intention.
- Full drivers license and reliable car to travel when required.
