Plan and implement Brand and Pharmacy Go to Market Sales Strategies through the State/National Team in line with expectations and core values. - Reporting to the Regional Business Manager the purpose of this role is to Achieve Annual Sales Budget, Cycle Objectives, Identify and maximize new sales opportunities for all Pharmacy targeted customers in Victoria. - Plan and implement Mentholatum Brand and Pharmacy Go to Market Sales Strategies through the State/National Team in line with Mentholatum expectations and core values. - Exceptional planning and analytical skills to help drive new business and new product launch opportunities. - High performing and engaged individual who uses industry and channel insights, data analytics and innovative strategies to achieve results. - Build and maintain strong collaborative business relationships with key customers that deliver outstanding results. **Key responsibilities for this role include**: - Achieve effective levels of activity to maximise sales. - Raise the profile of products, its pricing structures by developing and maintaining quality customer relationships. - Represent at pharmacy related meetings and trade displays to promote company image and product awareness, with the objective of achieving sales targets. - Develop new business and maintain existing accounts through regular and frequent contact. - Continually monitor and analyse buying patterns/ opportunities for consumer business within the territory and recommend alternative approaches. - Manage territory effectively through efficient time management, resource utilisation and call frequency rates to Pharmacist. - A proven track record in Pharmacy Sales will be highly regarded - Passion for Selling - Ability to drive sales and new distribution with key Pharmacy Accounts. - An in-depth understanding of the Pharmacy Channel and CRM systems. - Experience in interpreting IMS data - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Well-developed Microsoft Office skills particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
