**THE COMPANY**

**THE ROLE**
- Based in Melbourne, you will be responsible for clients based in Melbourne CBD and Surrounding.
- You will be selling these products to their distributors such as Mitre10, Bowens, Dhalsens and other independent hardware stores.
- This is NOT an order taking role or a simple account management job. This role will require you to work in partnership with your clients - organizing trade events, training, joint meetings to secure builder/contractor projects and strategizing on how to grow your clients’ market share.
- You will be working closely with the Field Sales Manager who will provide you full product and market training.

**THE CANDIDATE**
- _THE MOST IMPORTANT THING:_ Positive attitude, sales process, professionalism, an engaging personality and someone who is driven to take their career to the next level
- You can come with a sales background in building materials, construction, FMCG, consumer goods, industrial - this will be advantageous but not a must.
- The focus will be on your soft skills - sales methodology, communication, willingness to learn, team player mentality, commercial acumen and relationship building skills.
