We are currently hiring a Manager, Commercial Contracts, located in Brisbane.

**About the Opportunity**

As a Manager, Commercial Contracts you will play a key role within Windlab’s Delivery team, supporting the Director, Commercial & Contracts in managing a wide range of commercial activities across the business. You will contribute to the development and execution of project-related agreements, provide commercial advice, and support contract negotiations to secure favourable outcomes.

You’ll support projects during the development phase by offering commercial input into key decisions, including project structuring, timelines, and prioritisation. The role will also involve managing the procurement of major construction contracts for Windlab projects, including turbine supply and installation, and balance of plant.

As the Manager, Commercial Contracts, you will be responsible for the administration and commercial management of contracts, ensuring compliance with all obligations and supporting the successful delivery of projects. This includes meeting key performance indicators across safety, time, cost, and stakeholder satisfaction. You’ll also contribute to improving project management methods and processes within the construction function.

The role requires occasional travel to project sites, construction locations, and stakeholder meetings across Australia.

**What Makes you a great fit**

We’re seeking a commercially focused individual with 4-5 years of experience in contract negotiation and administration, ideally gained on large, multi-discipline construction projects, preferably within the renewable energy sector. You’ll have a collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement and a strong ability to build relationships that drive outcomes.
