**All about your role**:
As an extensively experienced Commercial and Contracts Manager, you will join our senior leadership team in our Remote Sector, contributing towards our continued growth using your commercial acumen to work through the appropriate implications of decisions or agreements made and review operations, aiding in delivering positive outcomes.

This role has become available for you, due to internal promotions, and you will be pivotal in continuing to grow our success as an Australian-owned company with your commercial acumen (demonstrated through an understanding of commercial, financial and operational experience in the contract services sector and prior experience in reviewing and negotiating contracts).

This role will see you involved in;
- Contract and commercial management, evaluation and administration
- Management and administration of project variations, KPI review and collation, contract changes and progress and extension of time claims
- Ensuring the financial performance of the portfolio is monitored effectively
- Managing, budget processing and month-end forecasting
- Building new and revising job studies for pricing variation
- Developing KPI frameworks and associated reporting
- Negotiating contract variations in partnership with Operations managers

**All about you**:

- You have Experienced in the Hospitality industry or in contracts services with a sound understanding of financial systems and procedures
- Finance management, Contract Manager or similar relevant qualification or demonstrated experience
- A commercially minded business person who can analyse objectively and is able to recommend sound strategies and develop complex budgets
- Ability to read contracts and identify risks
- Highly flexible and resourceful with well-developed personal judgement
- Ability to Inspire confidence in managers through effective communication and coaching
- Ability to see beyond short-term decisions
- High awareness of the people implications associated with decisions
- The ability to adapt to different IT system
