**Project Coordinator **is responsible to assist the project team to deliver on the future state vision through all the aspects of the program financial control, scheduling, resourcing, governance and most importantly stakeholder management. You will also be responsible in co-ordinating different functions of the program, taking minutes, scheduling meetings, raising POs, liaising with internal departments and completing admin work.

To be successful in the role you have previous experience:

- Aligning the core messages, risks and impediments between different business units from a working group/ operational level, then up into executive level monthly engagements/ cadence.
- Helping key stakeholders to capture operational reporting requirements unique to Networks and Information Technology areas.
- Blending the reporting/ dashboard suite into the governance framework.
- Coordinating different functions of the program including minute taking, scheduling meetings, raising Purchase Orders and change requests.
- Working closely with team to capture project risk, issues, action and decisions.
- Providing support to prepare reports and presentation packs.
- Collecting all the information required from relevant stakeholders to build project integrated project schedule.
- Assigning tasks to internal teams and assisting with keeping project schedule up-to date.
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
- Monitoring daily progress of team as per agreed timelines.
- Working closely with Project resources in assisting team to create backlog and monitor resources are utilised efficiently.

**Ideal skills**:

- PMO coordination or project management experience.
- Technical background (ideally in the network and infrastructure space)
- Strong facilitation skills - working with accountable Senior Leads, Principals and Executives.
- Microsoft Project, Visio or other project scheduling tools.
- Experience using Experience using Smart Sheets is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including developing professional and structured Powerpoint packs.
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making ability.
- Pragmatic skills and sound project management disciplines.
- A great deal of initiative, resourcefulness and sense of ownership to deliver great outcomes.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships at all levels.
- Agile project management methodology is preferred.
- Microsoft Office products, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Some technical background (any), assisting in ability to capture technical meeting minutes.
