Full Job Description

We're seeking a driven Project Coordinator to join a well-established builder delivering large-scale commercial projects across Melbourne. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a landmark $50M retail refurbishment while developing your career within a supportive and professional team.

The Role

As Project Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the Project Manager and site team on a major refurbishment project.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
  • Managing project documentation, compliance, and reporting
  • Assisting with project planning, procurement, and scheduling
  • Liaising with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery

We're looking for someone with:

  • Experience in a Project Coordinator commercial construction
  • Background with a Tier 3 Builder, ideally retail projects
  • Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with Jobpac and Procore (preferred)
  • Ability to turn your hand to support the procurement team with tenders / estimates would be beneficial but not essential
