Milestone IT is proud to be partnering with a leading organisation in the healthcare sector that is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support a key program of work.

In this role, you'll be the central point of coordination, ensuring project documentation, schedules, and deliverables are managed effectively. You'll work closely with project managers and stakeholders to keep initiatives on track and ensure timelines are met.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Preparing, updating, and maintaining project documentation.
  • Building and managing project schedules, timelines, and Gantt charts.
  • Coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and tracking project milestones.
  • Supporting the project team with scheduling, follow-ups, and action items.
  • Ensuring alignment between stakeholders and reporting on progress.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator (ideally in healthcare or a regulated environment).
  • Strong skills in MS Project, Gantt charts, and scheduling tools.
  • Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and communication skills.
